Your digital fingerprint
When using our app or visiting our website we collect the user’s IP address and browser user agent for our security logs. This data is kept for 180 days.
This type of data is also collected and processed by our partners:
- Google, more specific the Google Fonts API which is designed to limit the collection, storage, and use of end-user data. The use of the Google Fonts Web API is unauthenticated and the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies. Requests to the Google Fonts Web API are made to resource-specific domains, such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. Font requests are separate from and don’t contain any credentials sent to google.com while using other Google services that are authenticated, such as Gmail.

- Gravatar, an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) will be provided to the Gravatar service. This service is used to show your profile picture on your private profile page. Their privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
If you use the app, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your client accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also store a secret token on your device that allows us to securely identify you. This token is stored for two years and contains no personal data.
Your profile data
For users that register in our app, we store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.
We register your training results to show your progress on your profile pages.
Who we share your data with
Nobody, it is that simple.
What rights you have over your data
If you create an account in our app, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is kept
Our servers are located in Belgium and all your data is stored there according to EU regulations.
